The Bellagio Fountains is the #1 (FREE)attraction in 'Vegas!
On a hot day or in the evening,I like to stand down wind and cool off. Clears my sinuses,too.
It's the largest "mister" ever!
Don't do that in cold weather.

Ha ha..I have never been to Vegas in the colder months so I will take your word for it.
