Brady gets suspended for four games and loss of 2016 1st round draft pick

I don't like the Patriots, yet I'll accept that report which claims zero evidence implicating Belichick. I doubt that Brady would clear such actions with his coach.

They suspended Sean Payton for a year in the Bountygate scandal....even though it was found he had nothing to do with it. They suspended him because he's in charge and he should have known. How is that different than Billy B?

The damage to his reputation is far greater than any punishment dished out by the league. Before the scandal you could make an intelligent argument for Brady being in the top 2-3 QB's to ever play. That's officially a more difficulty argument to make now.

I have seen a lot of intense discussion about eliminating/reducing the Brady suspension. I have seen zero discussion about the two guys that are suspended indefinitely. Does anybody care about them?

If Brady has a bad passing year (with fully inflated footballs), you'll hear the chorus of taunts grow louder.

I've cared about them. They are in a no win position. If they don't do it for Brady (and maybe Belichick) they probably get released from their jobs. If they do it, then they are the first to be suspended or fired. They can do a lot more damage to Brady and the organization if they are thrown to the curb.

While I don't think the Colts had a chance against the Patriots, deflated balls or not, I question if the Pats would have won the Baltimore game with regularly inflated balls.
