KarenTN, I believe that Colony has their own chain of resorts.

aware of that. well, a couple of those are sort of near me and the word 'resort' os a bit of a stretch. But the LVH is part of the HHonors program and is listed on the Hilton website as a Hilton hotel. So I am thinking Hilton must be involved in that property beyond the name. But maybe Hilton is pulling out altogether, hence the name change.
