Breaking News!!! Hilton To Have Name Change.....

I would hope they don't get out of the Hilton program. I get decent offers from them and since I am Hilton Gold, I get express check in, free upgrades, free breakfast, line passes and free workouts.

A lot of people stay there as a result of the affiliation & this business may not repeat without the Hilton relationship, present company included.
Seems like the Sahara gave 3 months notice and closed up all while we're waiting on the Hilton's new name.

Could it be the hookers formally known as the Hilton?????

Or maybe the intercourse???

This is true but no definitive date has been set for the change.Colony has paid for the right to use the Hilton name and brand and also link to the Hilton honors program .They renewed the franchise use contract last year. Things have deteriorated since.Almost all departments were constantly failing inspections.NONE of the departments could maintain or for that matter even achieve the mandatory 74 salt score for the customer service training program required by Hilton and lastly they tried go-go dancers for about 3 months which outraged The Hilton corp. These girls were strippers barely clad in thongs and bras and that is not the image Hilton corp wants to offer its guests. The place is run down mismanaged and going broke. There are multiple bed bug reports weekly. They just close off a section try to clean and re-open.This is an infestation according to a security guard there. They log all the reports and they are many.Hilton Corp had enough and has revoked the Franchise name use contract. The name will change soon.
Maybe we should ask Mr. Casinoboss. Maybe he knows.
I had heard in January that Colony is trying to sell the Hilton. They bought it from Caesar's for (a steal) $280 Mil in 2004 and have invested about $100 Mil upgrading it. Only a matter of time before it sells. It sits on 80 acres. Too bad, I really liked the Hilton and it is dying.
Strange that the sports book still maintains a good feeling with the bettors. I hope it stays open for the contest this year...if we even have the NFL.

Bags, I know you've been catching some ribbing on this but giving credit where credit's due, you called it.
