Breaking news!! Singer drops his escrow demand!

The only question I have.....which I haven't seen addressed yet........

Does Singer get to use Fed's or Money's players card?????
I think he's gonna use Slapinfunk's card!!

Any bets on this???
Singer is a racist, homophobic bigot who is also a scam artist. Anyone who knowingly gives him postive publicity deserves all the grief they get.
I always figured LA Money was a well meaning ploppie who just didn't grasp the finer points of gambling. This thread has forced me to reconsider my former view.
I may be wrong, but I seem to recall MoneyLA posting once that if his real identity were to become known on LVA, he would leave the forums. I wish I could find the post where he said that, but I can't. Anyway, I'm waiting .......

And by the way --

"10h Jh Qh Kh Ad

You are playing only ONE hand. Do you hold the straight or go for the royal? At the end of this hand, you must cash out and go home. What do you do?"

The proper play is to drop the ace and go for the royal.

Are we in second grade? There are 47 more cards in the deck. You take the payout from each of those 47, add them all together and divide by 47. If that number is higher than the current payout, you draw.

What a ****** dunce.

Again, dunce, if you mean to say that some people have FUN paying too much for their longshots, or that particular parts of their brains get stimulation from that, JUST SAY THAT.

I was going to say that no one's bulb can possibly be that dim, but I just changed my mind.
You VP experts have missed my point. The question isnt what is the best play for you math people. Read it again. You are playing one hand of video poker. You are dealt a straight. Do you risk the straight for the royal.

Of course, the math tells us to take our shot at the royal, or a flush, or a high pair. But what does the casual "short term player" who plays one hand, one time do?

They take the straight. And they take the straight over and over and over again. And they take it because they are short term players. Remember the phrase... a straight in the hand is worth a royal in the bush?

Is it right for anyone who plays VP even on a casual basis? No. But deal a straight to a guy/gal who is given one shot, one hand, and watch what they do. And they'll do it all the time.

Yes, Sue, Im finished here... as soon as I find out if Im going to be webcasting or video taping the challenge.
The question as posed cannot be answered in the form of hold or draw, and the math tells us nothing, because you didn't provide the table of payouts.

The "special play" of holding one high card rather than a low four flush will crush your bottom line, over time. And, honestly, we all already know who isn't being honest.
