Marcus: No one commits a crime by promoting a system for legal gambling. Even a system that you consider to be worthless is not a criminal enterprise. And what do you determine to be worthless?

Here's my suggestion: go to your local police and file a complaint. No -- because it's on the Internet -- go to the FBI and file your complaint.

edited to add: In fact, maybe everyone who has ever read a book or an article with gambling tips or advice should file charges against the author?? And maybe everyone who has ever stepped foot in a casino should sue the casino for their losses because the casino only advertises winners and never advertises its losers?? Maybe I should sue because Ive paid for Dancer's stuff and Grochowski's stuff and Sharpshooter's book, and took his course, and Im still not a winner and never had a yearly profit from gambling?? Are you saying that they have a liability also?? And each of them committed a crime?

Very good point, slapinfunk. And players at craps make these long shot bets all the time, as do players who make the side bet in 3 card poker, or let it ride, or pai gow, or who bet straight up on a number in roulette. each player hopes to hit a long shot, and Singer's strategy is no different except that he has given us "special plays" to consider for those long shots.

this is much ado about nothing.

WTF people! Making this out to be some sort of a criminal tribunal or something. I don't thimk MLA ever was trying to come here and promote RS's system.Geez,the OP was only about a bet between 2 people. I don't think anything else was implied here. I certainly didn't get anything more out of it than that.
To say MLA committed any fraud is about the stupidest thing i've ever heard here,and that speaks volumes. He didn't push anything on anyone. The most he can get accused of is making threads that will go on and on forever and being the antagonist throughout the whole thing. Seriously,who gives a shit that much to drag this out so much?OK,he's alan M and is a somewhat public figure.Who really cares? I sure dont. Definitely much ado about absolutely NOTHING. Fraud???

jatki, the "crime" that I am accused of is reporting what Singer's system is, of doing video interviews with Singer and puttng those on my website and on the Internet, and of trying to get Singer to explain what his system is and to explain his "special plays." This makes me part of a fraud, a con, and Ive been accused of being part of some scheme and that Singer will pay me to cooperate with his fraud/con.

No one has ever accused me of a crime in promoting "correct strategy" and those articles on my website have not been commented on.

No one has accused me of a crime in promoting the Las Vegas Advisor but not only are there interviews with Anthony on my website -- and more time was given to Anthony than to Singer -- but I also had Anthony on my KABC radio show for an hour, and I've had Anthony on my TV show.

No... but asking Singer to explain and show his special plays, and asking Singer to explain his allegations that machines are rigged makes me part of some con or scheme. Yep, thats the situation here.

Not to shift this into yet another tangent but I was wondering about something...

Money posted that in his conversation with Singer that "Rob also maintains that in more than 500 "private training sessions" no one has ever paid him a cent for the time spent."

I know this will sound like pot stirring but I would seriously be curious to hear from any of these people who have taken these private lessons and learn what their gambling results have been as a result of this training. There are a lot of Singer bashers here to include myself but I find it odd that there aren't staunch supporters who've actually benefited from his teaching.

I know the "piling on" response will be along the lines that no one has/will come forward as they aren't winners but I don't want to jump to this conclusion.

I don't care what a person does with their money so this is really just a matter of personal interest as opposed to some other agenda.

Surely a few of these 500 people must be on LVA?

Frank Kneeland who coincidentally is now posting on LVA reported on vpFree that Singer WILL NOT be on his and Dancer's radio show as apparently Dancer nixed it. I doubt very few are suprised by this and it seems that Mule nailed it.

I new VP author joins, 3 posts and he is questioned what he thinks of RS...

They should make a rule... Banned subject mater / banned users should not be allowed to be discussed!

This is a FORUM that is supposed to be about Las Vegas and enjoying Las Vegas...

This bull doodoo is getting really old... The same thing posted by Money, Fed, Arc, Chip over and over and over again... move on... it is really really old already and all this crying and attention whoring trying to prove you are right over another person is getting very very old and probably is such a turn off to new users / potential customers to the LVA staff...

I vote to move all this discussion to PM's or make a RS discussion forum that RS is not even allowed to post in...

Well Dan, I guess you could call me the "ultimate student" of Singer because I think I know his strategy as well as anyone. And I don't use it.

Now, the question becomes IF I USED IT, what would have been my results? And the answer to that question is -- I'll never know. Because, for example, all those full houses I got with three aces playing 7/5 bonus at Caesars (Singer's strategy is to break up this FH when playing 7/5) I held the full house as conventional strategy tells you to do.

A more important question would be is there anyone willing to tell us their real name and tell us anything that supports the allegations -- any of the allegations -- made against Singer. JUST ONE PERSON who will support ANY of the charges made against him???

By the way, Dan, have you ever responded to Singer's revised conditions?
