What is the new caveat?

It seems to me that everyone is dealing with the side shows of the circus and no one is paying attention to the main event.

I hope he will change his ways. Unfortunately his good info was lost in the storm of controversy.

You can lead a donkey to the water but you can't make the jackass drink. He is not going to change.
He's a vp scam artist and a prolific group-hater. Of the 2 being a vp scam artist is the more noble trait, but let's not beatify him for it.

I see a lot of value in his betting strategy and money management. And to be honest, it's brilliant.

Can you explain how you see chasing your loses by doubling and redoubling your bets as a brilliant idea?

Brilliant or not, it is hardly a new idea having originated in the 18th century.

Wow, in my eyes, at least, there has been a significant change in the stuff Money is posting, and what I might call his writing style, since this whole wager thing got going.

It almost seems as if, prior to this, Money was posting stuff on "Singer's" behalf, but lately, maybe because Money's outing was deemed inevitable, he speaks with his own voice.

I agree that "Singer's" "system" is just a bunch of old, bad ideas, applied in a new way, to VP. The exact same old, bad ideas could be applied to roulette, for example.

I also agree that, as a person, he's a complete waste of good oxygen. He doesn't need to change, he needs to be medicated, in my opinion.

Well said Frankie. I applaud you and would like to add something. When I first came to this site I had no clue who Singer was and then I did a search.

The garbage he was spewing about about people on LVA and other sites was totally uncalled for. He even bashed a dead man named CD Denver and said he wanted to spit on his grave!

For those who want to see it go to vegasrex and you will see what I mean. At one time you could go to his website VPtruth.com and hear all his BS but he shut it down. Guess no one was buying his garbage.

cddenver (Chris Day) was a friend of mine on videopoker.com. I stood up to Singer in a pointed email about the hateful, disgusting things he wrote about cd on his website. All Singer did was get more angry and edited his column to include more hate and disgust towards those that called him out. I've given Singer numerous opportunites to prove himself beyond what his words have spelled over and over. He's failed everytime. I enjoy the technical banter about his flawed strategies, but he takes it down to personal, disgusting levels everytime.

I no longer waste my time posting about Singer or responding to his emails. But reading this post reminded me of how awful Singer can be, as he was last year when my friend, and a friend of many passed away. I just thought everyone in the video poker community needs to know about this disgusting side of Singer if you didn't already. And this includes Frank Kneeland who wants to interview Singer for some ridiculous reason. Frank there is alot of hate in this man, I recommend highly that you do not waste your time with him.

I have posted that I don't "follow" Singer, but I see value in a few of his "special plays." And I see a lot of value in his betting strategy and money management.

life.

Yeah, well Hitler may have been a talented artist, but I am not going to hang his work in my home.
So I guess this all means that even though Singer has lowered his "escrow" to an amount that Dan wanted, and that Dan agreed for Singer to play in Laughlin and now Singer has said he would play it all in LV if the games were found in LV, that the "challenge" will not take place? Have all of the forum members decided this? I'm waiting to hear from Dan. I also suggested that both sides should choose their own judges to monitor the play to be sure the play is fair and meets the challenge-- number of hands per hour and hours played, as well as coin in and cash out.

I'm sorry so many people have bad feelings about what has been written before by Singer. It really is a shame and it should never have happened. I don't know who started it and I don't care, because NO ONE should have started it, and NO ONE should have continued it.

I just want to know if the challenge will take place or not?

Whether you like Singer is not the issue.

And about me-- there are about a dozen LVA members who have known for years who I am. And my staff member who created another identity using my real name was told that was wrong to do. I have created more than a thousand pages of web content over the years, including interviews and reports on many gamblers. Even when I worked for CBS I reported on poker, Vegas business, gaming and always went to the Global Gaming Expos to report on new games and the industry, and I had close relations with gaming regulators. I have featured many of these top names on TV and on the radio. I've had AC on TV twice and on radio for an hour on my radio show and youll find some of my interviews with him on my websites as well as in the archives of CBS. And Ive worked with gaming companies. Reporting on RS and his strategy fit right in.

I've also interviewed four Presidents, two Chief Justices, one Queen of England, covered the famine in Ethiopia, several natural disasters and airline crashes, broke the story about the Hunts and the silver crash, and put a few people in jail along the way. But some of the characters here are the most amazing. LOL

Hold the phone. You're really going to sit here and claim that "your staff member" created an account with your name, AND made this post without your knowledge? I don't buy that for one minute, sir. I'd have a lot more respect for you if you just admited you did it because you wanted to plug your message forum and didn't want to associate "MoneyLA" with your real life identity. That's plausable and somewhat understandable -- the yarn you just created isn't.
OK Knagl, you want a confession out of me? You've got it. I'm really Rob Singer.

so, is the challenge on or off??

arc, what is the new caveat (condition) we don't know about?

come on now, Ive got a TV show to put it on.
