Brianna's Law now officially becomes a Nevada state law

Beautiful young woman Brianna Denison who was raped and killed back in 2008 by that monster James Biela.

The bill mandates a DNA cheek swab whenever a person is booked for any felony arrest. If the arrest is legitimate, the DNA would be cross-referenced with DNA from other crime scenes to see if the person in question was involved.
Why does the arrest have to be "legitimate"? Do the DNA cheek swab and do the cross reference - get the crooks and murderers off of the streets and put them in prison.
DonDiego recommends everyone be very careful about where they leave their DNA. DonDiego is.

Bill of Rights.

So what happens to the DNA if the person is released?

Ah yes, once again I forgot that the criminals have more rights than the law abiding.

Why don't we just get rid of that pesky Bill of Rights and all those "amendments?" Then the doc could get out his wood chipper and go to work....

Exactly which criminals are you referring to? If it isn't a legitimate arrest, then they aren't criminals, are they?
What's the difference between legitimate and illegitimate arrests?

No probable cause, denying the right to speak with a lawyer, illegal search and seizure, arrest outside of jurisdiction, lack of a warrant when one is required, denial of habeus corpus, and so on.

Those requirements are pretty much the things that make our law enforcement different from, say, Iran.
