Budget breakfast buffets -- Terrible's OK, IP not so much

Theres a difference between diversity of opinion. Calling people cheap because you dont share the same view is just plain arrogance and more than a little offensive. If you want limos and suites, more power to you, dont put others down because of what they do. For some, its sure as hell isn't because they can't afford it(as insuated),its because it is deemed excessive and money not very well spent. Keeps your F'n limo,i'll get to the same place in my rental, and go anywhere i want to.

BTW,the more i think about,WHAT A F'n SNOB! The OP was just sharing some info/experience. He wasn't pushing anything on anyone, just his experience about some good and bad he found last trip. If it's not your bag, move on,no need at all to espouse your view,it wasn't solicited.
hmmmm to lighten up the thread a little......

One time my hubby and I thought it would be fun to see how frugal we could be on a 3 day trip in Vegas.
We stayed at the Plaza for little money and got a GREAT fun book from them with a ton of discounts including a free breakfast buffet and free beer coupons. We ate BOGO buffet at Main Street, ate shrimp cocktails and fried oreos for a meal....you get the idea...
It was kind of fun to see what the grand total for the whole trip was...ha ha. (not much) and it was pretty fun for whatever reason.

P.S. Our gambling budget stayed the same, however.
I really felt the position of this post was a about a good buffet for a great value.

Never heard or saw anything suggesting people could not be there.

I have had people at very high levels of the Fortune 100 company I work for go to places like EI or other places that are off the strip or downtown.....not the nicest or easiest places to find but great value and really good food.

I am in agreement if you can only spend $3 you are probably going to get shoe leather but if you are asking for value and some good food this is a great group to ask for an opinion as I have been helped out here plenty.
Chipchic you're missing the point. It's uncool to tell others how to spend their money to have your idea of a memorable trip experience. And calling the guy a cheap skate, not cool.

BTW, the more I read your posts, Fuck You. You think you are so high and all mighty on this board for some reason. You jump on me for having an opinion about being cheap, well those who squeak the loudest are the cheapest...lol
I can have any opinion I want. This is a public board and anybody and everybody can post an opinion without it being solicited.

Show me where I told anyone how to spend their money. I said the act of a $3 meal was cheap, I didn't call the OP a cheap skate.
You seem to missing the point entirely.
Opinions are just that.

Never tried the fried Oreos, but the shrimp cocktail at Golden Gate is my ideal breakfast, followed up with a Frapachino at Starbucks (or an IPA at the Cigar Bar).
Um yea, you've confirmed my hunches. You've issues (LOL).

I have issues with people who think they can tell me I am not allowed to express my opinion.
Lol back at you and stop trolling.
They're not telling you you're not allowed. They're telling you your opinions are worthless (or possibly just worth less than breakfast at Terrible's). That's just like my own opinion, dude.
