Bundy protester was shot in the back three times by law enforcement

Geez, people burned a town because a (black) kid allegedly got shot in the back and started a nationwide feeding frenzy, and that kid had actually attacked a cop!. This guy didn't look like he was any longer a threat,I didn't see any excuse for dropping him like that.
Keep stirring the pot jatki....

Did you see the audio transcript?

No longer a threat? He's reaching into his jacket or waistband. He was known to be armed. He was known to say he's not going to prison.
No, I didn't hear the audio and that's the first I ever heard that.

And we are going to do what when no one will be a police officer or soldier because they we not allowed to do their jobs without being killed in the line of duty or go to prison for trying to protect themselves and others.
They were shooting at the vehicle at the first "traffic stop". They were shooting at the vehicle at the ambush roadblock BEFORE they tried to drive around it. LaVoy reached for his shoulder when he was hit in that shoulder with the first shot. The guys in the forest shot him from behind after the first hit. That was clearly a planned ambush, set up by the sheriff inviting those people to a meeting that he knew they'd never be able to attend. The vehicle continued to receive gunfire after LaVoy was dead. Long after.

A video with audio taken from inside the vehicle is, at least for now, available online. It shows what was happening inside the vehicle within the same time frames of the helicopter video. I don't know how long this video will be available as it tends to be scrubbed from some sites.

The Oregon Ambush
Here is a hint for your protection. When police are shooting tear gas into your car, its not a good idea to hunker down.
The shots you hear are obviously non-lethal rounds as they aren't breaking the trucks windows.
Huh? You didn't see windows being shattered by gunfire on the video from inside the vehicle AFTER LaVoy was laying dead in the snow?

Hmm, didn't hear a word about "not going to prison" or anything remotely like that, all I heard was the guy kept repeating "go ahead and shoot me". That looked pretty cold blooded to me.
The "shot in the back" part of this thread's title is beyond meaningless.

When others at the scene may be endangered, it doesn't matter if the cop(s) shot the perp in the back, the front, on the diagonal, or from a fucking drone. In this case, "shot in the back" does not preclude a righteous shooting.

"Shot in the back" in a purely one-on-one confrontation is a completely different thing, isn't it? I don't think this situation qualifies.
