Was thinking the other day does it make a difference if you buy in with cash or chips.
I have been playing baccarat lately and buying in for $500 if I win I keep the $500 chip and cash the extra chips then use the $500 chip to buy in the next time I play. The pit boss always ask how much I buy in for and if it was cash or chips. I am not sure if it makes a difference I just find it easier to carry the one chip then 5 $100 bills. Do they think you are more of a loser if you always buy in with cash and you must be a winner if you buy in with chips? Are they trying to keep track of chips in the tray a cash buy in would be a lot of chips out of the tray and a chip buy in would be the same amount in the tray just different chips. Also how well do you think they track your wins or losses I have been sliding a couple black in my pocket on a dealer change to make my wins look smaller and losses look more. Over the years looking a gambling loss statements from MGM or Harrah's the slots look correct but the table games always seem off sometime high sometime low
