Oh I'm not completely defending McDonalds. I just think there are situations where common sense should take precedent. Unfortunately if someone trips or falls at a business these days, it is a personal injury lawsuit.

With what happened to McDonalds, I seriously question why Starbucks coffee is still so hot.

I saw a documentary about this. They showed pictures of the ladys burns, bothe entire inner thighs were burned badly, it was pretty nasty. Hot coffe and old lady skin don't mix well.
