Creditors filed first in Delaware on Monday and then Caesars tried to file their prepackaged bankruptcy in Chicago on Thursday. The bankruptcy judge in the Delaware case issued an order saying he was going to stop the prepackaged bankruptcy in Chicago from going forward.

This opens up the possibility of a full liquidation and or the removal of Gary Loveman.
