Caesar's/Harrahs free play

If I am planning to stop in briefly just to use free play, will that hurt me in the long run? Less offers etc? What if I put my card in, download the freeplay and then remove the card before I start playing. Will that eliminate the record of my playing there and not affect my offers.

It will definitely lower your ADT. Will it hurt future offers? Maybe, maybe not-depends on your ADT. Putting your card in will trigger a trip so they will know you were there even if you take it out before you start playing.

Think of it like this. They are dangling a carrot in front of you to see how you respond. If you play just long enough to cash in your free play or just a little beyond, they can conclude the marketing offer is not effective with you. I am not suggesting that you gamble more than you intend, just pointing out how the limited play may be viewed.

In the past, it was my recollection that if you didn't actually put play on the card it did not trigger a trip. I may be wrong. I was just hoping for some clarification. I'm just going to be passing through and thought it would be worth stopping in for $400 in free play. We'll see what happens

The free play is proprietary to you, right? You will be outed when you play it. But go have fun and hit something fast.
