Caesar's // HET reneging on offers

I had an old offer for free nights (but it was still valid). I called and they said it wasn't for free nights, it was for some special rate. Plus they added booking fees, etc. What a crock. CET sucks.
Try the Venetian instead.
I am a little confused.

By reneging do you mean that you booked an offer for a free room and they pulled the carpet out from under your feet after the fact (a la Palazzo and Venetian). Or do you mean that at a particular moment in time you could have booked a free room and that later as occupancy increased the offer for a free room was no longer available?
If it is showing on your online acct. then try booking that way. Calling any of their properties will prompt at resort fee.

They are usually excellent with giving out comped rooms....
That is 100% correct. Say what you want about them but they gve the best comps in LV.
Sometimes hotels have a block of rooms available for the comped nights. Once they are booked, they may or may not offer rooms at the comped rate. This has happened to me at other properties.

I agree. I always tell folks if you see it and even think about wanting it book it you can always cancel. They are very good to me. I am getting 2 night Reno, 3 nights Tahoe, 1 night Laughlin and 3 nights Harrahs LV. All within 3 weeks but I book early. They are more than fair to me.

Even when they had that computer glitch a few years ago and everyone who booked on line got free suites (as long as you signed in with your TR no.) they honored the free reservations , not everyone got suites as they booked way more than they had but everyone got a free room.

No, this is what pissed me off the most. I was quite pissed when the lady kept insisting that the offer was for a special rate, when I was holding the offer right in front of my eyes and could read it clearly. But when they told me that there was a non-refundable booking fee...

Apparently not any more. Needless to say, they won't get any of my action. Screw 'em.
