Caesar's // HET reneging on offers

Agree with Chipchik- reservation online is SO MUCH EASIER and nobody to hassle with on the phone.

plus online, you can play with it. sometimes you get comps just by putting in the dates and NOT using the offers.

You can also see where you qualify at other destinations.That is how I found out I was comped in New Orleans, Canada, etc.

I had ceasars reneg on an offer to me earlier this spring that I had made online. Although I rarely play there, I had some offers from previous play for FREE rooms sunday thru thursday at several of their properties. I booked 3 nights at flamingo in march while some renovations were being done to my condo in vegas and when I checked in I was told they would not honor the comped rooms as I didn't have enough recent play. They offered a discounted rate of $34.95. This seemed strange as I had a confirmation number stating a rate of $0.00. I ended up walking down the street and using my comps from MGM. Just very inconvient and unprofessional, IMO.

Make your reservations as early as possible and you will enhance your chances of getting what you want at Harrahs properties. As many have stated, they are very generous on free room offers.

No biggie.
I just thought it was an odd 1st post.

I was just at Harrahs Reno - absolute dump, rock hard beds and pillows, barely functioning AC, lousy buffet and the casino appears to be a dumping ground for all their old machines from other casinos.

Harrahs Tahoe was very nice
