Caesar's // HET reneging on offers

I recently received an offer for three consecutive nights at Harrah's St. Louis including Friday and Saturday nights. When I tried to book the rooms online the Saturday night would not book so I called reservations. They told me that a block of rooms had been available for this offer and that they had already been booked for Saturday night. We are still going but only staying one night in order to get our sixth casino for the Race to Rewards promotion.

I try to book on-line whenever possible. Never had any problems. Usually book comp nights thru Boyds Vegas properties or Harrahs Laughlin (even though I play very little at Harrahs)
