Caesars Sales Executive

Hello first time posting. Never been to Vegas play a lot at my local CET property. Received a email from a sales executive.. Just wondering has anyone one else received one? Who are they? Can they give you free rooms, food etc? Or do they just give you what is on your total rewards page? Thanks for the help.

Your Sales Executive can set you up with rooms etc. Whether they can do more than your offers, I can't say other than I always ASK if I want an extra night or a particular upgrade, help booking a meal or show, etc.

Caesars has had this for quite a few years, using persons with that type of title. My current one is "Entertainment Executive" or something like that. Always had a positive experience with them.

I recommend e-mailing that "Sales Executive" with the offer from the web site, give all information including offer #, and anything additional you would like (extra comped night, certain tower, Strip view, etc. Tell him "This would be my first trip to Vegas, and would love to have a Strip view if possible."

They don't guarantee towers or views, but it will be noted on the reservation and you have a good chance of getting it.

Mine helped me out on the first trip, but has not answered emails since then...ended up booking with a host at the property I wanted.
