Camera question

Our little Kodak Easy Share camera has bit the dust and we need a new pocket size camera. Does anyone have a good suggestion for a replacement? Thanks.
actually it will depend on what price you are looking for and what features you want with the camera. many people want small size, or super zooms or don't want to pay over a certain price. That will dictate what camera would be best for you.

I think that there are usually good point and shoot cameras in the $200 range so we would need more information on your budget and if you want anything special.

you can do a google search on camera reviews and pull up sites that gives you reviews on cameras. I just looked and found this site, it breaks down the different (general) prices for cameras and reviews on them. Of course the prices vary from state to state and store to store so they could be higher or (hopefully) lower.

If you don't use it that much maybe get a cell phone with nice built-in camera

I think the point and shoot, simple cameras are going to become obsolete as people use their cell phone for "fun" pictures and the serious people use more expensive serious cameras.

A woman at work has the Panasonic Lumix and likes it a lot. It comes in colors and is very small. Takes fine pictures.

I haven't used a regular camera since I got the iphone.

I have a Panasonic Luminx also it is a great camera with more features than I will ever learn how to use. The zoom on it is phenomenal. It is terrific for traveling and parties. If I am just going to LV I don't haul it I am always afraid I will lose it in the casino. I just use my droid camera it takes very nice photos and with the new editing programs out there it is amazing what you can do
