If you understand the math then maybe you should think about applying it instead of making silly statements. I'm not selling a thing here, Never have. I simply provide facts. That you refuse to accept what you were taught in school is amusing. Do you also deny the Civil War?
As for my leaving, I've stated the reason before. My wife's health. I'd love to still be spending my winters there. I'd love for her to be healthy even more. But, we can't always have what we want.
I am fortunate though to have a positive play here. Most states don't have any. I'm also fortunate to be smart enough to apply what I was taught in school instead of ignoring it.
