Why?
It's a terrible, ugly game. You have far, far, far better in Nevada. If I was 20 years younger and an hour away from a casino that had it I MIGHT consider learning it-although I would hide all sharp objects in the house while I did it. I know 5 games cold-FPDW,NSUD,JOB,BP and (more or less cold) 10/7 DB. As Dean Martin once said when an actress wanted him to do a second rehearsal: "Sorry honey, you only get one take from ol' Deano". I'm Done (capital D) learning strategies.

Ive never seen this OEJ game. So a question: do the graphics of the Jacks actually have one eyes or two eyes? all of the VP games Ive played have jacks with one eye. thanks

Look at a standard deck of cards. The jack of hearts and jack of spades only have one eye. All of the other face cards have two eyes. I don't know why most VP doesn't differentiate between one eyed and two eyed jacks, other than maybe it was the simplest way to go with the graphics.

OEJ? Isn't that guy in search of the "real killers"?

Bob this is what surprised me as well about the number of eyes. I thought all face cards had profiles with one eye. So when they decided to come up with the OEJ game they had to develop "two eyed jacks" (since one eye is standard) which means they did have to invest in a new graphic.

But I am usually playing IGT machines which use the profiles. I have to look at the other brands and see if their jacks have one or two eyes, along with the other face cards.

Do you guys play so fast that you don't see the jacks wink at you on JOB?

Kings with a sword "ARE" the real killers.
One eyed jacks and suicide king. That's how we rolled when I was 9.
The pay switch was on for me and my friend.
Yesterday we went to Harrah's Joliet...she wanted to play a Quick Hit slot/b/4 we hit the VP. OK, I'm not a slot player, but sat down beside her. I swear, she hit on every spin...after awhile, I thought, what the heck, and put a $20 in the machine I was in front of. I cashed out w/$230. She cashed out w/ $325.
