The Candy Bar Thread

What's Your Favorite Candy Bar ??? ......

or better still ...... if you were to design a candy bar, what would it be like ???

Mine would have both milk and dark chocolate,
separated from each other by a layer of toffee containing both cashews and peanuts,
then dip it in marshmallow and seal it all in a vanilla flavored white chocolate.

"Turtle" isn't a bar, just a blob of carmel, pecan and chocolate. I guess my favorite would be a "Snicker's" bar. What you descried sounds really yummy!!!
My candy bar would contain different chemicals that run down each side so when you took a bite, it would get hot in your mouth. I call it the 'Global Warming Bar'.
Let me check my Tarot cards ... uh oh ... I see a hijack in your future ...

PS. I nice fresh Baby Ruth, although anything with white chocolate is great.

There is a make your own candy bar shop on the boardwalk in Atlantic City.
I have been there a few times. I have a few favs.

Milk choc bottom, peanut butter, peanuts, candy corn and milk choc top.

Sugar Cookie bottom, dark choc, almonds, milk choc, coconut and M&M's.

Dark cookie bottom, dark choc, green mint cream, cover with milk choc.

If I am buying one.
Hershey with almonds or Snickers.

OK, y'all are going to think I am insane. But there is a dark chocolate bar that I have only seen at Whole Foods and it is made with............................................................................................................................................................................................................

I had read that global warming was causing a shortage of cocoa beans and inflationary pressures would drive the price of chocolate beyond the means of the all but the upper 1% wealthiest of us.

Well, until that comes to happen, my favorite candy is a milk chocolate truffle. I know the purists poo-poo about milk chocolate but I don't care. Keep your snobby 72.8% cocoa chocolate. I like the creamy goodness of milk chocolate.

As far as the commercial candy bars go, my favorite is a 3 Musketeers. I also understand it to be a favorite amongst the troops in or about the Arabian Sea. Who may or may not be there for a secret mission.

I love M & M's (which I realize is not a candy bar), Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, and Twix (both caramel and peanut butter) but to me the best commercial candy bar made is the Snickers Bar.

I got to thinking (and wanting) candy bars so much that I want down to the local CVS at lunchtime.

Anyone care to guess what the candy bar was that I bought ???
