Carnivale bar at Harrah's....is it closed?

I believe I heard that it closed but wanted to check to see if anyone has been there. Thanks ahead of time for confirmation and have a great Christmas

Carnival Court is always closed this time of year, and will reopen in the Spring as weather allows.
