Carrie Fisher & Debbie Reynolds in Vegas. November 8, 2014.

November 8, 2014. Mrs. AlanLeroy and I had tickets to see Debbie Reynolds at South Point. During the performance, Debbie announced that would be her final performance. Her Daughter Carrie Fisher, Granddaughter (Carrie's Daughter) Billie Lourds, Son Todd Fisher and their families were all in attendance. In the grand finale, Debbie, Carrie, Billie and Todd all performed 'There's no business like show business'. I did manage this short video clip of that performance. We have lots of pictures of the show and I recorded the whole thing on my voice recorder...as I find them, I'll add to this...Enjoy.

2016 has to be one of the shittiest years ever on record for the number of celebrity deaths.

I think some of these people did heavy coke back in the 80s and it came back to haunt them. I only hope there are no more deaths in the last few days of the year.

Here's an interview of her on Letterman a few years back. She was a very funny lady and had a good sense of humor about her own demons. She was on a few of the Comedy Central roasts too.
