Casino "Swag" (ie: collectibles)

Very nice collection. Puts my 50-60 piece collection to shame.

As far as the wipes go, I saw them at both the El Cortez and the Trop xpress, although the ones at the EC were at the players club, not the cashier.
Absolutely fabulous collection. Lots of really old casinos represented. Thanks for sharing. k
It sounds like you have a nice collection as well; would love to see a pic if you have one ..........It is always nice to know that someone else appreciates the same "stuff" that I do. I could really get in to collecting more of the old slot machine glass (the ones that were on the front of the slot machines) but I just don't have the space to display them.
I have a bunch of Whitman Sampler boxes of Vegas Matches from the dawn of time.
logoed ashtrays/ coin cups / and a chip or 2 of every casino I'm visited.
Tons of East Coast Sands stuff- slippers, hoodies, T-shirts, etc
Manilow concert glowsticks, logo luggage.
One of my most prized possessions is a Crystal cube from the Aladdin Hotel w/ an etched picture of the hotel itself inside- it weighs a ton

so, nobody has towels or robes with the casino name on it?
I hsve two robes from the Silverton. Almost all my swag comes from the Silverton. Most of it is "As Seen on TV" nonsense. But a lot of it is usable. Anything from thos "snuggies" to those watering globes to upside down planters. But one of the nicest gifts I got from there were flasks and wine openers.

I have a lot of things from the Hard Rock. I have those coupon books which you used to collect anytthing from free beers to shot glasses to decks of cards. We collected all the shot glasses we could. We also have an in room booklet that explains everything to do at the Rock and even their room service menu. We also have a ice bucket. HR used glass ones as opposed to the garbagbe everyone else uses.
Do towels, sheets, linens, soap, shampoo, tissues, toilet paper, sundries, alarm clock, iron, coffee maker, bibles, restaurant flatware, salt/pepper shakers, sugar dispenser, bud vase, etc count as casino swag?

My wife and I are 5 days from our next journey to the playground, but I have in my collection my slippers from the WYNN, silver strikes mostly from casinos that are now gone, and A Caesars Palace wrist watch poker game in the original packaging. Pretty early piece. But the best parts of the trips to Vegas are nothing but memories. Stayed in rooms from kind of not so nice to unbelievably grand. Yet we enjoyed every trip. The frist trip we did the walk up and down back when they gave away dice and cards, mugs magnets( have an old aladdin fridge magnet too) I can't imagine trying to take all of that thru tsa checks now. They probably love me already since I take all my change and throw it in the top of the suitcase for the whole trip probably looks like h when they try to scan it. LOL PS I know people have their favorites but we have tryed alot of different places to stay and it makes you check out the nooks and crannies of each place. good and bad.
