Casino Royale....or another cheap margarita special?

Pretty sure Casino Royale still has $1 Michelobs but no more $1 frozen (albeit small) margaritas, anyone seen similar specials, on or off the strip? Thanks in advance
the Fremont downtown, used to have them for .99 and then it went to $1.99. it was still in effect when I was last there in August, but they may have changed their drink specials since then.
Cool thanks
Who remembers when Casino Royal used to hand out free Margaritas ?
They would beckon you inside from the 112* heat with a sexy
female voice over the outside speakers ..........
"It's sooooo hot outside. Why don't you come in for a free frozen Margarita."
All you had to do is go to the bar and show them an out-of-state
driver's license, and leave a tip of course.
They also had two flavors to choose from.
Those were the good old days.

Rick

Slots-a-Fun used to have .99 cent Margaritas. I haven't been in there in a couple years so I don't know if that is still current.

If you want something that goes beyond well liquor mixed with Kool-aid I would suggest El Cortez. They have a different specialty drink at the bar every month. The cocktail of the month is $5 but its a legitimate cocktail. I've had some bartenders comp them for me at the VP bar - and other bartenders tell me they were not able to comp them. I don't know what the official policy is for players. But its a pretty good deal considering most places are charging double digits for cocktails anymore.
You can't beat the Las Vegas Advisor coupon for 3 free drinks for two people at Ellis Island. This coupon alone justifies the price of the book and the free play coupons, BOGO Buffets, and Palm's 50% off coupon are just icing on the cake.

are the 3 free drinks at EI good for anything you want? name brand / top shelf or whatever? I always just assumed the coupon was for a draught beer or some tooty-frooty Kool-Aid drink. I don't care for their steak dinner special, but that could make it worth the trip.
Not sure if the Mermaids or La Bayou downtown have specials on frozen drinks. Mermaids does serve strong drinks though. Once I was playing the poor pay schedule video poker there. I offered the cocktail waitress $5 for a shot of Jack Daniels and a beer. She came back with 2 shots of Jack Daniels and a beer. I'm not sure if the $5 resulted in the double shot or if double shots are common place there. They also have $1.50 Nathan's hot dogs. After the first round the cocktail waitress came back and did a second round with the same double shot and another $5 from me. I was toast thereafter (lol).

Yes! Top shelf is available with the coupon (i.e. Patron Tequila).

The offer used to be unlimited drinks, then it was foour, now it is three.
