Celebrate! Small gov't and fiscal responsibility on the way!

Indiana's budget this year is 32 billion. Assuming they have held the line, that's about 250 billion over the last eight years. Saving almost eight billion out of two hundred and fifty billion is impressive, but states don't pay Social Security, don't pay SSI,don't pay for defense nor for border
protection.
Extrapolation.

Maybe if Jatki thinks it's a magical mythical creature, he will believe in it. Lord knows he doesn't believe in science, or math.

Got it the first time. Please 'extrapolate' on how MAL can make an accurate statement on disability and which ones were trump supporters. You keep blowing hot air w/o saying a thing but insults. I take that to mean you have nothing.

Even with past demographics, charts or whatever source you want to 'extrapolate' from, I'm pretty certain it wouldn't be anywhere near accurate. This election went against all norms and was the most unique in history, at least recent history.
The final polls showed Hillary with a lead under two percent. With almost 120 million votes counted, her lead is 1.7 million. How much more accurate would you like them to be?
If a majority of poorly educated whites vote for Trump, and a majority of people on SSI are poorly educated whites, do you really need a road map to follow along?

Let's see if you can extrapolate this......more people voted against Liarry than voted for her. So how did she actually win the popular vote?

Yes, she got more votes than Trump. But that's about all you can really say about the voting. Trump didn't win the popular vote.....more people voted against him than for him too.
How did she win the popular vote? By getting more votes than any other candidate.
That damn math again. Always getting in the way.
Conservatives didn't vote for Mitch Daniels for president....they voted for Donald Trump coupled with a "small government" GOP majority in Congress - the latter whose agenda is loaded with enough unpaid spending to make the Greek Parliament blush.

But I wouldn't brag about Mitch Daniels's record on fiscal responsibility. He was George W Bush's top budget consultant when Republicans passed the tax cuts in 2001....and he used the same "Dynamic Scoring" Paul Ryan is using now. History shows the results. And, yes, as governor of INdiana he took us from a deficit to a surplus ....primarily by trading 75 years worth of revenue from our Toll Road system in exchange for a 1 time payment from a private company to prop up the state's finances. Administrations over the next 7 decades will have to reconcile the annual shortfall they get in their revenues as a result. Good job, Mitch!
Republicans on Long Island played a similar game. They sold a county owned building for ten million dollars, while signing a forty year lease with the same company. In return for a one year cash bonanza, they put taxpayers on the hook for many times the price.
Similarly in Arizona, our Legislature and Governor Brewer sold the Capitol buildings and Governor's Tower to investors about five or six years ago -- see Google Jon Stewart and Daily Show feature -- to keep their promises of lowering taxes, which we are paying 10 times as much for today as taxpayers.
