Cesars Palace

I always make it a sure thing to visit Cesars Palace everytime I go out to Vegas. I have always thought of staying there, but its usually expensive and not sure of the rooms. Well I have noticed the prices aren't bad right now for my Nov/Dec trip coming up. So I was throwing the thought around about trying to possibly book a room there.

Classic room or Roman Tower room? Which one is better/nicer?? Do any of these choices have a strip view?? Anyone ever stay in either of these rooms?? What has your experience been with Cesars?
It's my understanding that the 'classic' rooms have not been renovated in decades, but they may have recently done some work to Roman tower. I have never stayed in either. I am staying comped in Palace Tower and trying to upgrade to Augustus in December.

If you book either one, try to upgrade to at least forum tower when you arrive

I assume you are talking about Caesars Palace, since I don't know anything about a Cesars Palace
I agree with Karen. We booked the Forum Tower and asked about a free upgrade when we arrived and they were very good to us.
one of them is 100% nonsmoking, i dont know which one. but i noticed that when i those two choices came up as comp for my december trip.

We had booked a Forum Tower room for our trip the end of September and they moved us to a Palace Tower suite.

Both of those rooms are bottom tier for the palace. Roman is a little better though. They do have the decent bathroom. However no Ice machines in the entire tower. We asked how to get ice and they told us we had to call room service. We did and it was pretty efficient. But then you are paying for ice (tip). Both rooms have tube TV's.

oh, that is nice. Because the suites at Caesars are 'real' suites with doors between the different rooms instead of just a bigger room that they call a suite.
