Champagne brunches

Which ones do you like? I'll be at Gold Coast at the end of the month and I might try their $17.99 champagne brunch. According to their website it looks like the champagne flows into the dinner as well, not sure though. This is from their website.
I'm not one to drop $50 on bacon and eggs so I avoid the high-end brunch buffets.

The Silverton has a pretty nice spread that includes a Mimosa bar. And they have Hand-scooped ice cream cones for dessert.

Use your MRB/ACG coupons to get it half off or free.
Some of the champagne brunches don't start pouring champagne until a few hours after they open.

I'm there for the champagne. The bacon and eggs are just a bonus.
A few glasses of bubbly for breakfast?

You are on vacation! Go for the fun of the city.

Too early for me to have any alchohol, but I like the bread pudding at the GN,most of all.
Small place. I'll be there in 14 days.

I'll let my belt out one notch.

I agree with ddd228 that champagne for breakfast is too early for me as well. The Gold Coast's champagne Sunday sounds really good especially if they serve champagne into the dinner hour. I noticed that Gold Coast calls it "Champagne Sunday" as opposed to "champagne brunch."
The only champagne brunch I attended, at the Trop in Laughlin, the attendant was very cheap, pouring half glasses and hustling tips. Champagne sucked, as well.
I seriously doubt that "champagne" is actually served at most of the "champagne brunch" with exception to Ballys Champagne Brunch.
My wife refers to what is served at most places as carbonated urine.
Ballys serves Perrier-Jouet, which is champagne.
It's confirmed that the Gold Coast Ports of Cal buffet serves champagne on Sunday night. Champagne is served beyond the 3:00 pm time frame. I went at 8:00 pm and champagne was still being served. I should have taken a pic of the bottle but I can only recall seeing the first two letters on the bottle which was "wy........"
Wycliff is the usual suspect at many buffet brunches.
