I think it sounds pretty cool if they do it right.

There was a plan years ago to demo IP and flamingo(i think) and it was supposed to be almost like a city center type thing. There was going to be a HUGE sports venue behind paris and new stuff built on up to harrahs. It was a pretty mammoth project,but i do recall the sports thing was to be the big draw.

The only thing I do not like about this whole thing is they said that about 70 percent of it would be restaurants and bars.

Like we need any more bars! Bean counters just do not get it. Better gambling odds would mean more business!
