I'm a Hawks fan and You are correct except for one small fact. Carrol didn't call that play, his POS OC Darrell Bevell did, and still hasn't "manned up" and taken the blame for his mistake. He said he'd call the same play again in that situation. He's an idiot.

I want to know when the bronze statue of Darrell Bevell outside of Gillette stadium will be done.

Bevell is one of the worst OC's in the league, he is bailed out by an extremely talented QB, a ton of offensive talent and a great defense and special teams.

I still might pick him in my fantasy football league draft. Bye weekends don't start until week 4 with Green Bay and Philly having byes that weekend. I think he would be an asset as a bench player before he can play again. The guy is a very good QB.
