I can't come up with one local official Rep or Dem even trying to address this horrific crisis. Hells belles, President Trump spoke up and not even Sharpton or Jesse Jackson said anything to criticize him. I just hope that the folks on the west and south sides get some help and get it soon. I would like just one reporter to ask Rahm Emmanual one question......how many more people are you going to watch getting shot before you do something? Or are we going to have to wait for the feds?

Most of the crap today is from a variety of sources:

Parents - note the "S" in that word, it takes a mother and father to raise a child.
The schools - actually teaching the kids and for the parents to work with the schools instead of having them raise children.
Police - enforce the laws and be a presence. Stop and frisk does work, ask Rudy and look how NYC changed.

Boiler has spent plenty of time in many bad inner city neighborhoods, and that's beside the point. One of my friends spent much of his childhood in the Robert Taylor Homes in Chicago. Liberals are quite certain that the best folks to fix problems are with a leadership comprised of lifelong abject failures. To the contrary, we should follow the leadership of winners, which in this case, are people who earn a living, have raised successful children, and who don't have babies with a half a dozen different partners.

Why do Liberals always double down on the failed policy................again, and again, and again?

Start with the arrogance of the mayor. All he sees on the west and south side is votes. He hasn't lifted a finger to help these people. No one has called for help, other than the residents. And the press has not helped either.....no one is being held accountable for the carnage, NO ONE.

IF, someone like the President, gets involved and actually helps remedy this catastrophe, then MAYBE the residents might consider voting for someone without a D in front of their name. THEN things WILL change......ironic, that the solution to this problem is the current President and not Obamanation. I hope he has the strength to pull this one off....8 years of a Chicago resident didn't help at all.

So you cant name the failed liberal policy either. Nor can you articulate the awesome policy the awesome Republicans have as an alternative.

Sounds like you have a whole lot of nothing. A whole lot of angry nothing.

Oh - just as an FYI...under Mike Pence Indiana had the highest rate of black homicide out of any state in the country. I don't expect Lvfritz or Boilerman to give us a grand speech about his failed Republican policies. (Probably because their outrage in inner city policy is derived from the same seed as their outrage over presidential executive orders.)

Liberal policy? How about looking the other way when black kids act up in school. No willingness to challenge prevalent terrible black culture.

Here's an example. In my previous home town in Indiana, there was a 7 year stretch or so that the 5% black population in the schools were coddled. The leadership was so frightened of being tagged as racist, that they allowed the black kids to run roughshod. New leadership led to changes and all kids are better off.

Liberal policy is one of refusing to address terrible actions, especially by minorities.
