You're not looking to learn anything about Chicago. You've offered nothing of any substance on this thread. You cant say what the bad policy is - nor can you say what a better policy would be. You only farted an anti-Democrat rant out of your mouth.

I'm noticing now that Republicans have power they don't have a clue what to do with it. For 8 years their only policy has been to cry about Democrats. And they're still doing even now that they are in control. Whats it like to belong to a political group with no ideas?
