We were in Circus Circus a couple years ago just to marvel at the ghettoness but it was actually pretty nice. Rock and Rita's was a lot of fun and the Steakhouse was very nice. We love the old school steakhouses.

Surprised they didn't mention the Golden Steer on Sahara. Old world steakhouse with red leather seats and all! Waiters poured water from ten feet high! No mention of the Twin Creeks at the Silverton that is really top shelf!

Lawry's might not be mentioned because they serve Prime Rib, but it's one of the BEST Prime Ribs available anywhere! Not to mention their sides, which tops anyone.

I have personally had dinner with the grandson (current CEO) and his girlfriend. Lawry's is second to none in regards to prime rib. That being said, I would NOT consider them to be a steakhouse.

I took a lady friend there a few years ago. As soon as we walked into the casino she already made up her mind the meal was going to suck. It didn't suck...it was actually quite fantastic. But she couldn't get past the worn carpet in the casino and the detiorated carnival ride atmosphere. Jesus Christ himself could have prepared that dinner and she would have wrinkled her nose. She was kinda snooty like that.
