Did you hear about anyone else getting sick? Maybe you just had a virus. Hope you are feeling better. Unfortunately, on the surgface it looks like you just had a bug.
Food poisoning doesn't happen in 45 minutes. And believe me from someone's who's had it you would have been ill longer then 1 night. It knocked me to my knees for about a week and I was in the er and they even told me its hard to prove.
I had food poisoning once and it was nothing that any medication would have fixed and lasted for about 12-15 hours where I prayed for death for everything to stop. I was in bed for 2 days. It was truely scary and ugly.
You may have had a mild case, but I don't think they'll give you any cash. A sorry you were sick would have been nice.
Food poisining generally shows up within 2 hours according to my doctor and my own experience. I had a bout of it at the Fiesta several years ago and it appeared to be from the Thousand Island dressing. A miserable night for sure. Reported it the next morning and they apologized and comped the stay...obviously I was not the only one.
