I have eaten at

Bob Taylor - looks like it belongs in Colorado than Vegas, but very good. I do remember when there was
nothing around it
Golden Steer - been a long time, located in a strip mall, very good, although you wouldn't think so based on
it's location. Very Vegas like
Hugo - Classic Vegas. if you are filming a restaurant scene in Vegas, this is the place. Used to eat here
when I had an expense account
Peppermill - a diner with a goofy looking night club

Binions - Strange setup, considering the state of Binions. Great views, good steak, used to be in the MRB

I have eaten at Chicago Joe's several times, Spago a few times and Lotus of Siam once. There are several on that list I've always wanted to try so I will have to bookmark that list.

I've eaten at Golden Steer, Hugo's, and the Circus Circus steak house.

Interesting list with a lot of Italian restaurants on it.
