I remember hearing about that deal a while back. The Clinton foundation is about as shady as any ever invented and you are exactly right, those who defend it are as partisan as ever, even worse if that's possible. I know for a fact if the Bush's or reagan had a foundation and it had the news/numbers or whatever the likes of mal and forkie(especially forky, the non-hypocritical, non-prejudicial one) would be attacking it incessantly. No doubt in my mind. Shady is an understatement of a word for their "foundation".
