I know the lefties find this hard to believe but there is NO comparison between Powell and Liarry. Yes, Powell had a private email account.....NO there weren't any classified messages on it. Whats more, you know that. Powell also had a GOVT email account that he used for classified materials. And you know that too. You are trying to do the "it's George Bush's fault' routine again. It doesn't work with a pathological liar as a candidate.

You guys need to realize that you are supporting a woman who is a proven liar, she's corrupt, and if elected all you will get is investigation after investigation, scandal after scandal until she is indicted. Obviously, you feel that this is good for the country. Go right ahead and vote for Liarry. It is your right. You can vote for anyone you damn well please. I have no idea how you rationalize your vote, but hey, you are entitled to vote any damn way you please.

In the end, you guys are all smart enough to know what you are doing.....I'll give you credit for that. But the excuses have got to stop at some point as your credibility has long ago been spent.

How do you know there were no classified emails on them? Have they been examined by Congressional investigators or the FBI? How do we know they weren't hacked? You know nothing about them, do you?

I do!!!!!!!!!

Colin Powell's emails contained classified information, that is, information that was classified retroactively. Just like you know who!

Why do you insist that Hillary's emails were classified retroactively when the FBI stated differently?

Does any of the sand get stuck in your ears?

Your question assumes facts not in evidence.

They have to tell that to themselves.....it's called rationalizing.

If Powell had classified stuff on his private email, then bring charges. No one should have that. At least Powell didn't try to evade the law. And that's the reason Liarry had her own server, so she could try to evade FOIA requests.....that and to not leak Liarry Foundation connections. But go ahead and defend her and the litany of lies she tells. Who looks worse? Liarry? Or the people trying to defend the indefensible.

I'm no Trump fan, but even I have got to admit he has her tagged correctly....Crooked Liarry.

Your assumption is that Killary did not send or receive ANY classified email on the ONLY EMAIL ACCOUNT SHE HAD AS SOS. Amazing...

Gowdy: OK. Well, I'm looking for a shorter answer so you and I are not here quite as long. Secretary Clinton said there was nothing marked classified on her e-mails sent or received. Was that true?

Comey: That's not true. There were a small number of portion markings on I think three of the documents. Text

Were these markings added retroactively?

No, but that's beyond meaningless. And I can prove it - watch me.

According to the 2011 Intelligence Community Classification and Control Markings Implementation Manual, a classified document must have:

1. A classified header.
2. In a mixed document, the classified portions must be marked with a C or similar.
3. In a mixed document, the unclassified portion must be marked with a U.

The three documents in question (out of how many thousands??) were missing requirements number one and number three. The documents were absolutely NOT classified, and after receiving them it would have been perfectly legal to print them out, fold them into a paper airplanes, and fly them into the Russian Embassy. Or in other words, it's a nothingburger.

If those same documents now have classified headers and the proper markings, it has been done RETROACTIVELY. Here's more from FBI Director Comey:

CARTWRIGHT: So, if Secretary Clinton really were an expert at what's classified and what's not classified, and were following the manual, the absence of a header would tell her immediately that those three documents were not classified. Am I correct in that?

COMEY: That would be a reasonable inference.

Oh sure there are. Besides Diretor Comey saying so, it's proven by the emails sent to the senate and have to be kept in a special room in the congressional building (A Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF; pronounced "skiff") in United States military, security and intelligence parlance, is an enclosed area within a building that is used to process Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) types of classified information.

SCI is usually only briefed, discussed, and stored in an accredited SCIF) so yes there are facts in evidence.

TO keep trying to compare HRC's emails with CP and CR is totally absurd, neither one used an email system EXCLUSIVELY independent of the state dept's SECURE email system that was required of all dept. personnel. If anything CP or CR received in their email was classified and it's actionable then the DOJ should pursue it. For anyone to keep saying "Oh, it's OK to expose classified information on unsecured servers, everyone else was doing it". That's totally absurd and the hill has been busted red handed on what she was doing wrong, there's no defense no matter how hard anyone might try.

That's exactly what you did earlier on this thread when you explained how Hillary's actions were more relevant than Powell's on account of her candidacy for high office.

As usual, its our Fox News junkies that have two standards for the same behavior. But please - tell me again how Powell's classifeid email is different because he had it on a Gmail account vs a private server.
Backpeddling is great exercise.
