I agree with jatki on one thing; this wouldn't be an issue if Secretary Clinton wasn't running for president.

Colin Powell had, and used, a government server for his primary email account and this server was managed by top security professionals. A small portion of the emails were on a commercial account with commercial security measures.

One would think the Secretary Of State deals with some very confidential email during the course of their duties. I think having ALL your email on a vulnerable server IS an issue.
