I can recall an old thread in here where all the conservatives were complaining about how much Obama's trip to France was going to cost the taxpayers and they were livid. Now some of the same folks are complaining he didn't go on this trip.

That was Africa and that was his tour of the country saying what a great thing homosexuality was and they should get with the times over it, amongst other meaningless crap.

This was way more important, it was an international show of unity by many heads of state against terrorism, something that touches everyone. Sheesh, even Netanayhu(sp) and the Palestinian head of state were there and the best we do is some no name ambassador.

WOW, you all will keep sucking Obamas willy no matter what he does(or doesn't do). Talk about your blind allegiance.

Here we go again ! We got Hoops, Purdueman, and some of the other Faux/Koch puppets with their fake outrage over Obama not going on a last minute staged photo op in Paris.

Can you imagine their whining, crying, moaning, sniffling, and bitching if he actually did go over there ??? They would be crying a river about how much jet fuel Air Force 1 cost, how much security cost, ect...ect...ect...

It's always the same with these ass clowns. It's amusing to me....and to 99% of the other FFA members and guests ! Everyone needs a daily chuckle to get us thru these gray, cloudy, cold days of winter.

But I have some good news !! Hoops didn't mention GOLF in his comical outburst towards Obama !!!

Going to be some damn fine entertainment from the "usual suspects" when Obama vetos that pesky Keystone Pipeline bill !

Get your popcorn ready.

Agree with you. Obama can do nothing wrong with the left. And I will add Obama can do nothing right with the far right. And these political threads spin in circles.

I have called Obama out many times and I am about as far left as it gets. I know I have seen PJ do so as well particularly when it comes to Obama's negotiating skills.

Where was Obama yesterday in Paris while 40 world leaders participated in a march against terrorism? Once again he shows his inability to work as a world leader.

However he does have time on his schedule to meet with the San Antonio Spurs today.

Don't you crybabies ever quit? If he had gone to Paris you'd be bitching about that. sheesh....

You're honestly gonna defend that?

I'm not defending anything - just pointing out the obvious....

Talk about complaining, 90% of your posts are nothing but bitching about boilers posts or drmills posts or anybody else you don't like. Always the same.

Even the WH has come out and said there should've been someone there.

Should have sent high official to Paris march, US says

WASHINGTON (AP) — In a rare admission of error, the White House said Monday that President Barack Obama or another high-level representative should have joined dozens of world leaders at an anti-terror rally in Paris.
While leaders from Europe, the Middle East and Africa linked arms for Sunday's march through the boulevards of Paris, the United States was represented by its ambassador to France. Attorney General Eric Holder was in Paris for security meetings but did not attend the march.

So you have reading comprehension issues also? I clearly stated that I wasn't defending anything. And as to your other "point," I don't bitch about the haters' posts - they just get their panties in a wad when somebody calls them on their bullshit. No brag, just fact....
I'm not surprised he didn't go. Doing so would have been very out-of-character for him.

snopes: President Obama said during a 2012 speech the "future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam."
Eric Holder was already in Paris. He could easily have gone to the rally to represent Obama.
Kerry was in Pakistan & India
