What attorney filed this suit? How do you file in NY when the damages happened in NV?

It was probably HER fault he got off in 20 minutes instead of an hour, right? "Your honor, I thought she'd at least cuddle for a while afterward. All the hookers back home do." The legal consultant on the news last night said the suit was filed without a lawyer, because "no lawyer would take this case." It was filed in Federal court, and the complaint was handwritten, not typed. They showed parts of it on the news, complete with misspellings and grammar errors. The guy on the news said it will be thrown out of court, and the filer could be prosecuted because prostitution is illegal in Vegas.

Meanwhile, this may be really great publicity for "Las Vegas Exclusive Personals", the pimps, ooops (sorry, broken backspace key) for the "escort service".

Could this possibly be some sort of an advertising ploy by the escort service?
