The episode of being tested as he deplaned in Las Vegas smells a mite like entrapment to poor old DonDiego. If, indeed Mr. Gordon had not consumed alcohol for the previous 6 months, DonDiego would counsel leniency.
While that would be horrible if that is what took place, Mr. Gordon claimed that he tested positive for marijuana on his last positive test and claimed it was from second hand smoke he inhaled. Addicts are good liars. With all of that being said, his offense is still minor compared to what some of his fellow NFL players did.
