Concealed Carry Permits are already a power exercised by the 50 States, and that States may deny an applicant a permit demonstrates the absence of a Constitutional Right to concealed carry.
Eight States, . . . Alaska, Arizona, Kansas, Maine, Montana, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wyoming do not require any permit for concealed carry; they recognize the Second Amendment as one's permit.
