Yes, there are plenty of highrises that have a view of the strip. Are you looking for condos right on Las Vegas Blvd or just near it?
Even with the massive downturn in the housing market many of the highrises are still beyond my wallet. Such is the case for my favorite complex, Turnberry Place, which is next to the Las Vegas Hilton. https://www.turnberryplace.com/

FWIW, I tend to keep an eye on this site. It often lists condos on the strip (or just off it) in their top 10 Las Vegas buys. But any realtor can provide you with extensive lists of what is available to fit your preferences for location, view and prices. (and those lists WILL be long! ) LV Real Estate

Lake Las Vegas is about 30 miles from the strip. The condos in Vdara at CityCenter are nice and can be had for as low as $300k.
