Construction projects at Las Vegas Blvd and Sahara

I've read about the large Resorts World Las Vegas project, and the smaller Lucky Dragon project. I know that these projects are close to the struggling but new SLS, and I'm curious if the new projects will provide "critical mass" to jumpstart this area.

Thoughts please.

I hope they do bring new business to the SLS, although they are at least a couple of years away from opening.

Agreed - hopefully the north strip area also ends up with some decent gambling.....
