The crappy thing about this is the LA county jail is also overcrowded and for everyday you serve you get a one day credit so even if he gets the max of 4 years he will be out in two. This case is sad for a number of reasons. I will get a lot of grief for saying this...Michael Jackson was a drug addict and Dr Murry had said no he would have found another doctor who would. I do question his ability as a caregiver based on ther first reports of the doctor performing CPR on michael while he was in bed. What your sopposed to do is place the patient on the floor or place a backboard under him.
Just my opinion.
Why would you get grief for stating the truth?
If Murray said "no" Jackson he wouldn't be losing his medical license and looking at possible jail time.
