where is this ignore manifesto?

It was a thread started by Dr Milled where he announced that he was putting certain people on ignore. . I am proudly one of the chosen many. I think we are all small minded or something. This was probably while you were galavanting around the country

found it. the thread is titled "Luv Fest'. It is on page 8. I do not know whether he misspelled love intentionally or not

I think he spelled it "Luv" because of Luv2go.
