Cosmo cutting back comps

Cosmo cutting back comps

While not as bad as the Venetian this is not a good way to attract business.
Cutting back? Jeez. I gave them some play last year and all I got was a complimentary Zagat membership.
Who cares? This is just a walk through casino at best. Not much gambling there.

I agree 200%! I'll never gamble there again.

I'm headed to Cosmo tonight. Let the good times roll....even without comps...LOL
This wasthe view from the 65th floor of Cosmo last night!

Cutting back on comps is no way to build your casino business... as a current VIP player internationally myself, that article makes me think I'll give Cosmo a wide berth when they come knocking. Regardless of play level, a casino that does not reward your business deserves NO PLAY. In Vegas, you're spoilt for choice - so vote with your wallets. Whether you're a nickel player or a high roller, don't play in any casino that does not make you feel valued and give you what you need. Sure, casinos are a business, and I respect their need to keep things in line - however most of these casinos make MILLIONS of dollars every month, making the cutbacks sheer greed. Walk away, walk away... and go where you are special. Online players do this all the time. If they ever make online gambling legal again for US players, you'll also be able to access the best gaming values - online.
