They broke down the numbers and gaming was by far their smallest revenue source...they get more money from lodging and not all of the rooms are even open yet.

The article says the place is a hit with both locals and tourists alike. Perhaps those people would gamble more in the caisno if you could play for less than $20/hand. Just a thought.

I don't think it takes too much of leap to see why the Cosmo is suffering in gaming revenue.

I have a 22 year old neice who lives in Henderson and goes there a couple of nights a week with her girlfiends to "look pretty" in the bar and to check out guys. They are the rest of the 22 year olds of Vegas have made this their #1 hangout because there is no cover like in the clubs. Her facebook page is filled with new "cosmo photos" all the time. gambling? the only gamble they take is what "cute guys" will be there.

Lol more like the typical Republican plan do everything for the rich elite, but then finding out after the fact those folks don't pay the bills.

We hung out in the Chandelier bar on a Saturday night and it was packed! The douche factor was very high, not my type of crowd.

You have got to be kidding! We all know the dems definitely pay the tab. Wait a minute,we're almost 14 trllion in debt. Lets just raise the debt ceiling a bit more and run up a bigger tab. No wait,theres a little oppisition to that.

With hot chicks comes the douches. Cosmo was packed every night I visited. Cosmo is very nice. Lots of lounges/bars.

Danny the bartender at the VP Book bar in the back was very good to us.
