Depends on your bank roll.

Iron cross explained in this post by CowboyKell.

I have played the dark side and I even was the shooter a few times.Iron Cross won't work that way.
The MSS has been good to me.
I play like pjstroh.
You Tube has a few explanations of the Iron Cross.

Next is dice setting.
I don't have a table to practice on.
I hadn't found the wizard of Vegas site. I do know that the Golden Gate is only double on 12 in the field now so at least that piece of info is old.
I don't play the Iron Cross very often anyway. It's just fun to change it up once in a while. My regular betting style is usually more profitable (or loses less) on most rolls.

A bunch of years ago I went to Beau Parker of Dicesetter.com.
He teaches a precision dice class out of his house in North Vegas.
I really learned a lot and it was fun. The problem with dice setting is you really have to practice, ALOT. I do not have a table but I made a small backstop with actual diamond rubber I bought online.
and use the back of a sofa as a table rail to shoot from as it is the same height. I don't practice near enough and there have been plenty of times when I held the dice much longer by throwing "chicken scratch".
